Hi! Though I speak Japanese I use the Japanese - English free translator to help with checking kanji, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment, I get "Error: "japanese/english" is not a valid language".
Is this a temporary thing or are you dropping Japanese now? It would be a great shame, I'm a loyal user!

Many thanks to Helen and the other staff for their great support and for responding so promptly. The problem seems to have fixed itself and the site is working fine for me now.

Hello, same problem here with Russian. FreeTranslation.com used to be my favourite site for online Russian translation, but now the site's been giving me the following error message for several weeks already. What a pity!

Error: "russian/english" is not a valid language

Hi John, Thanks for your comment. We don't seem to have the same problem with russian/english translation. Please leave us your email address or contact us on freetranslation.blog@sdl.com so we can look at this problem further?

Thanks
